My wife and I stayed two nights at Brambles in the Cabin Studio. The welcome and hospitality from our hosts Barbara and Brad and the beauty of the details in the room and the garden were a refreshment for the two of us. They provided a lovely personalized breakfast which we enjoyed one morning outside on the deck and inside at the breakfast bar overlooking the garden the next day. One evening, Brad built a bonfire at their fire pit for us to enjoy…what a treat. We loved out stay at Brambles and look forward to our next visit.
We stayed in the larger room, and it was lovely. We didn't get to use the kitchen, other than the coffee maker, but it was ready for us. There's a private yard with a deck and a beautiful garden. The decor is hunting lodge, which isn't my deal, but it was beautifully done. It's right near the fairgrounds, but the hostess said she's had the same guests during the fair for 6 years, so while it's worth calling, I wouldn't get my hopes up. The mattress was a little too hard for my mom's bad hip. The hostess was wonderful. There's parking for one vehicle per room, so if you need more, someone will have to park on the street. Adults only, so it's very peaceful.
My mom came to town for my birthday and came across this place to stay during her visit and when I came over to meet up with her this place was amazing from just looking at it. The place has a very nice calm zen feeling to it and the people who run it are the nicest people you can meet, they also put so much time and effort to make sure you are comfortable inside and out of the room you're staying in. I just live 15 minutes away and told the gentleman " I just may come stay here sometime soon hahaha." On top of all that they also have a deck and a fire pit at your disposal for a even more relaxing time. I want to thank you again for giving my mom an amazing place to stay and letting us all feel welcome.
This place is magical, I'll find reasons to come back to the area, if only to stay here again. The room was cozy and comfortable, with many thoughtful extras included at the coffee station and in the bathroom. The pillows are fluffy and heavenly. I took my coffee out to the garden and was ready to give up my plane ticket home just to savor that time and space for a while longer. My hostess was a delight, and I relished discussing books with her. Thank you for this experience.
What a memorable trip this has been! Thank you Barbara and Brad so much for your awesome hospitality! Your attention to detail is totally amazing and the "cabin" is absolutely the most charming we have ever had the pleasure to stay in, and we do travel frequently. The grounds and garden are so inviting and meticulously maintained. Thank you both for sharing your B&B with us! When we make it back to Washington State (from Connecticut) we will be sure to visit again.
My boyfriend's mom recently visited and everything was absolutely perfect for her! The location is wonderful, near town but far enough you don't get much noise pollution. When we visited her there, it was so insanely peaceful! The hosts were nothing but kind, compassionate and accommodating. The room isn't huge but perfect for a single person or a couple! It had such a cozy and open feel to it that it just felt like home! And the patio was amazing on such a nice day! Thank you so much to the host for helping make her stay so wonderful! We genuinely appreciate everything you did for her.
